The goal of our personalized coaching programs is to build strong, loving and healthy relationships – through training based on TRUST not FEAR! We don’t train by force. Our training philosophy is to set up our dogs for success and make learning a pawsitive, fun and rewarding experience. We teach you how to connect and communicate effectively with your dog, resulting in a harmonious working relationship.
Our approach is unique. We recognize that our animals have emotions and experiences that often result in misunderstanding, training issues and undesirable behaviors. This can also manifest as pain in our animal’s bodies. Training sessions may involve the integration of various bodywork techniques to ensure your dog is physically, mentally and emotionally able to respond to your requests and fully connect with you.

Holistic healthcare incorporates a variety of non-invasive Integrative Energy Therapies to encourage healing of our animal’s body, mind and spirit. All programs are offered on a private training basis only – either at our location, in your home or online via zoom.
Puppy Kindergarten for puppies who are 8 weeks to 6 months in age. This positive reinforcement training class will give you and your pup all the skills you need for a successful relationship!
This comprehensive program is for dogs over 6 months of age who have not attended previous training, such as Puppy Kindergarten or who need a review of basic obedience skills.
Our agility program is designed to assist you to reach your goals – whether that be to just have fun with your dog, perhaps to compete at the occasional local weekend trial or strive for provincial, national or international level competition.
In this class you will learn how to safely improve your dog’s strength and conditioning using a variety of FitPAWS equipment, including balance discs, physio peanuts, paw pods, foam balance pads, wobble boards and caveletti.
This class introduces you to the basics of clicker training and it’s effectiveness in teaching new behaviours and polishing existing behaviours. Brush up on your dog’s obedience skills and teach your dog some new tricks.
We can assist you with specific issues such as barking, lunging, separation anxiety, house-training issues, etc. We will help you understand your dog’s behavior and outline a Behavior Modification Plan for treatment and training.
Our board and train is a complete training program where your dog lives and trains with me.
Going away and leaving your dog behind can be so stressful, but it doesn’t need to be. Your dog will be cozy, happy and safe when they stay with me!
